He is a minor antagonist and member of The Eastsiders. You must race against Todd in order to climb up the Drag ranking board in Underground. Todd drives an Mitsubishi Lancer ES during his first race events and later on in the game he will drive a Mazda Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX.
Livery was taken straight out of game files and accurately recreated in Forza for three EVO's. For all decals search gamertag - CCROWNY.
