He is a minor antagonist and member of The Eastsiders. You must race against Kurt in order to climb up the Circuit ranking board in Underground. Kurt drives an Acura RSX during his first race events and later on in the game he will drive a Mazda RX-7.
Livery was taken straight out of game files and accurately recreated in Forza for two RX-7's. For all decals search gamertag - CCROWNY.
